2018 and 2019 New Teaching Assistant Orientation

Teaching Mentor

In 2018 and 2019 Teaching Assistant Orientation Programs, I served as a small group leader and mentor to eight new TAs (International & Domestic).

Responsibilities:

  • Organized and delivered “Motivating Students” and “Utilizing Technology in Classroom” presentations

  • Facilitated activities of small group sessions for new international and domestic TAs

  • Led the Micro-teaching sessions, encouraged discussion and peer evaluation

  • Interviewed international TAs for English Language Assessment​
